Eligibility Criteria For Bakshirhat Mahavidyalaya Admission 2021

Students who do want to apply for the three years degree course must follow the eligibility criteria. Students can take admission to B.A./B.Com./B.Sc. After passing the H.S. Examination in the following ways.

Candidate must pass the H.S. in General Stream under the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education in 10+2 pattern.
He/She must complete H.S. with at least 5 (five) subjects (English and Environment Studies as Compulsory).
Must Complete H.S. with at least five subjects where English is Compulsory (In case if Environmental Studies is not a compulsory subject).
Applicants must obtain 55% in aggregate/ 50% in total with 60% marks in the subject to apply for Honours Course. (There are some differences for the S.C. and S.T. candidates as per government rules)

Important Note: 49.5% or above will be treated as 50%, 54.5% will be treated as 55% & 59.5 will be treated as 60%
